 Tips, tricks and suggestions

Use your calendar in many ways

Planning family meals
To plan the month’s meals for the whole family, it’s best to write down the menus in advance on a calendar. At the same time, you can note down the ingredients needed to prepare the recipes. This way, you’ll know exactly what you need to buy when you next visit the grocery store or supermarket.
Put your calendar where the whole family can see it
You’ve printed out a calendar and it’s full of appointments. It won’t do any good if you hide it in a drawer. One good idea is to display it where everyone can see it. Of course, the fridge is always a good place. It’s not the only one, of course. There’s also a place near the front door, near the pocket drawer, or in the busiest corridor in your home.
Managing important dates
The renewal dates for several of your company’s contracts are approaching. Don’t be caught off guard. As soon as you sign the contracts, mark the deadlines on a calendar. You can use an annual calendar to look ahead, and use different colors for each contract.
Despite my best efforts to provide you with perfect calendars, errors do occasionally creep in. Please let me know.
