These days, kids have so many activities that it’s often hard for parents to keep track. Competitions, games, training sessions for sports, rehearsals and performances for music and theater, social outings, extracurricular courses - it’s all too much to keep track of. The best practice is to write everything down on a calendar. Then it’s easy to know if several events are taking place at the same time, and to manage everyone’s movements.
Clarify schedules
You can easily organize your employees’ schedules using a calendar I prepare. Use color coding to differentiate shifts, for example. It’s very economical and easy to do. All you have to do is post it in a prominent place in your business.
Managing your priorities
As your to-do list grows, it’s important to prioritize. To do this, use a calendar. Write down what you have to do and assign numbers to each task. Now all you have to do is get them done in the right order.
Despite my best efforts to provide you with perfect calendars, errors do occasionally creep in. Please let me know.
