You love to shop or go shopping, depending on which side of the Atlantic Ocean you live on. Some times of the year are better than others for making bargains and accumulating savings. That’s why sales dates deserve to be highlighted on your calendar.

Of course, the fridge is always a good place. It’s not the only one, of course. There’s also a place near the front door, near the pocket drawer, or in the busiest corridor in your home.
Plan your workouts
Stop training without a specific program and goals. Use a calendar to record your training schedule and goals. You can also write down what you’ve accomplished, the exercises you´’ve done and your progress. Even in sports, it’s a good idea to plan ahead. Your results will thank you.
Despite my best efforts to provide you with perfect calendars, errors do occasionally creep in. Please let me know.
