 Tips, tricks and suggestions

Use your calendar in many ways

Simplify your invoice management
There are so many bills to pay, such as rent, mortgage, car, water and electricity, for example. Make sure your bank account always has enough funds to cover automated payments, by scheduling payment dates on a calendar. You can also make a list of bills each time you receive one, so that none of them disappear under a pile of mail.
Remember important events
Many events take place throughout the year. Do you want to attend memorable shows or important sporting competitions? You’ll need to mark the dates on a calendar, as tickets often have to be purchased well in advance. On the other hand, it would be a shame to have tickets and forget the date of the performance.
Managing important dates
The renewal dates for several of your company’s contracts are approaching. Don’t be caught off guard. As soon as you sign the contracts, mark the deadlines on a calendar. You can use an annual calendar to look ahead, and use different colors for each contract.
Despite my best efforts to provide you with perfect calendars, errors do occasionally creep in. Please let me know.
