These days, kids have so many activities that it’s often hard for parents to keep track. Competitions, games, training sessions for sports, rehearsals and performances for music and theater, social outings, extracurricular courses - it’s all too much to keep track of. The best practice is to write everything down on a calendar. Then it’s easy to know if several events are taking place at the same time, and to manage everyone’s movements.
Organizing business events
You’re in charge of organizing a conference, convention, social or team-building activity. A fun and easy way to share the event schedule is to use a calendar and distribute it to everyone. It’s much more personal and inviting than sending a list by e-mail.
Avoid overloading
Your tasks are piling up everywhere and you can’t remember them all. Free up your memory and avoid overloading yourself with planning. Write down everything you have to do on your calendar. That way, you won’t forget anything and won’t have to think about it all the time. Writing things down is the best way to clear your head.
Despite my best efforts to provide you with perfect calendars, errors do occasionally creep in. Please let me know.
