Use your calendar in many ways

Planning household chores
There’s a lot to do around the house, and everyone has to contribute. Make a note of everyone’s chores on a calendar, and highlight in color those tasks that have been completed. It’s important to get children involved by giving them age-appropriate chores and remembering to give positive reinforcement when everything is done well and on time.
Plan your medication schedule
Health is the most important thing. Manage your medication intake with a calendar, noting the time each time. Then you’ll know where you stand and won’t forget any pills.
Plan your workouts
Stop training without a specific program and goals. Use a calendar to record your training schedule and goals. You can also write down what you’ve accomplished, the exercises you´’ve done and your progress. Even in sports, it’s a good idea to plan ahead. Your results will thank you.
