  Tips, tricks and suggestions

Use your calendar in many ways

Establish your meal plan for the week
If you’re on a special diet, or if allergies run in your family, it’s very important to plan your meals for the week. The use of a calendar is particularly useful in this case. Write down the menus for each person, using different colors, and know exactly what to prepare each day.
Put your calendar where the whole family can see it
You’ve printed out a calendar and it’s full of appointments. It won’t do any good if you hide it in a drawer. One good idea is to display it where everyone can see it. Of course, the fridge is always a good place. It’s not the only one, of course. There’s also a place near the front door, near the pocket drawer, or in the busiest corridor in your home.
Add color
Don’t be shy, it’s your calendar and you can do whatever you like with it. In particular, you can fill it with colors to better plan your activities. Differentiate between family members by assigning each one a color. You can also use a color chart for different activities. There’s no limit... or perhaps the number of pencils you have!
